Specification

Specification

We explain the standard specifications of vacuum piping such as NW piping and CF piping here.

Please be sure to check before placing your order.

Specifications are subject to change without notice, but products will be manufactured according to the specifications at the time of your order.

Please also see the "Production process" page for reference.

Vacuum flanges

 Vacuum flanges

There are multiple manufacturers of NW flanges and CF flanges, and although we try to match them as much as possible, there may be variations even within the same order.

In addition, some vacuum flange manufacturers use SS304L as the CF flange for SS304, so we sometimes use SS304L CF flanges.

We cannot specify the flange manufacturer.

There is no problem with installation compatibility.

Leak test

He Leak test

All vacuum piping is evacuated and inspected using helium using a helium leak detector.

Tolerance

The tolerance for the total length L is manufactured as shown below. (Unit: mm)

Surface finish

Surface finish

The final surface finish for standard vacuum piping is pickling on both the inside and outside surfaces.

Stencils on pipes

Stencils on pipes

The standard vacuum piping is used without removing the stencil part in order to use resources effectively and streamline production. Remove the stencil part by sanding.

*A stencil is a mark that is printed with indelible ink, etc. to identify the size of the pipe, serial number, etc. when the board or pipe is shipped from the manufacturer. The shading of the display varies depending on the pipe manufacturer and product.

Material scratches

Material scratches

When pipes arrive at our company, they may already have scratches on the outside surface, called material scratches.

This is because metal has a high specific gravity, so it is easily damaged by its own weight if it is simply moved during storage by the material manufacturer.

It's not very deep, but it may shine brightly in that area, making it a little noticeable.

As long as there is a slight scratch, there is no problem in terms of strength, and in order to prioritize the effective use of resources and rational manufacturing, standard specification vacuum piping is not polished to remove scratches.

In addition, all products are confirmed to be leak-free using helium leak detectors.

There is no problem with its function as vacuum piping.

Although it is rare, depending on the severity, only the scratched area may be partially finished with a grinder.

In this case as well, the appearance of that part may change slightly.

Welding process marks

Welding process marks

Standard vacuum piping may have welding process marks left on its outer surface.

Welding process marks are unavoidable due to the pipe being dragged or grabbed during the assembly stage before welding or during the welding process, despite the utmost care taken during manufacturing.

For standard specifications, priority is given to rational manufacturing, and no polishing is performed to remove scratches.

All products are confirmed to be leak-free using a helium leak detector.

There is no problem with its function as vacuum piping.

Packaging

Packaging

Items over 500mm in length may be shipped on pallets.

We also ask for your understanding and cooperation in using simple packaging to preserve the environment and reduce costs.

Inspection results documents

 Inspection

For standard specifications, no inspection results documents such as material inspection certificates or dimensional inspection records are attached.

Regarding changes in amount and delivery date

Actual materials and processing costs fluctuate on a daily basis, and in order to prevent lower costs and to ensure profits, sales prices may change without prior notice.

Please note that the price may be different from the previous purchase price.

Similarly, delivery times vary depending on the operating status of the factory.

We will respond to the price and delivery date shown at the time of ordering, so please confirm this before placing your order.

In addition, in rare cases, the arrival of materials to our company may be delayed due to unexpected large orders, weather or market fluctuations.

In such cases, we may need to temporarily extend the delivery date, and we will contact you individually after sending your order email.

Please note that if we receive many orders at once, we may contact you to discuss the delivery date.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.
